In Lost Ark, when you play for the first time, you have to do a 'tutorial' 1-10 levels. After you finish tutorial once, all the classes you create next, you can skip tutorial and start at level 10 straight. Anything you pick you will be able to play any content the game offers. No one is going to reject you in a party just because of your class.
